OVERVIEW

PLEASE do NOT expect much details/perfection from this category. I do not recommend commissioning if perfection is what you are after! It is cheap for a reason!
MUST accept Terms of Service before proceeding to order!
This service is meant for:
- People who are looking for cheap VTuber models to use
- People who are seeking temporary VTuber models to stream with
- People who are searching for a quick, cheap and simple model
Reference(s) by PNG/images/existing full design ONLY! Simple to semi-detailed designs priority! Complex designs and written-only/no existing references will not be accepted.
PSD or Model cutting will only be for simple rigging
Revisions after the model completion will not be entertained (unless I am at fault). Please see to it to correct me when I send WIPs.
For model expressions, we may have to contact your artist if your model has no or little expressions.
Payment of at least 50% should be upfront.
Delivery 3 days to 4 months depending on design, complexity and volume of orders.
Rush orders/Deadlines Fee +20% to 50% of overall model cost.
Cancellation Fee is 30% of model cost.
Confidential Fee +10% of overall model cost.
Payment Plans for orders 70 USD and above is up to 3 months only (add +10% fee each transaction)
Failure to pay within 3 months will result in added charges starting at 20% of the model cost.
Client will only receive full unwatermarked model after all payment has been made

Terms Of Service & FAQs

To be able to use your model on PC/Laptop, make sure your gadget specifications are up to mid to high gaming standards to run smoothly and have a camera and face-tracking programs such as FaceRig, prprlive or VTube Studio.
To be able to use your model on phone, it must be any device that operates VTube Studio.
I offer FREE after model services and starting up VTube Studio and/or other applications, so please if you have trouble with the model, PLEASE ASK! I'd be happy to show the basics! Feel free to call me on Discord! This applies to previous clients and future clients!
In case you'd like to sell your VTuber, it is completely alright with me!
I only ask to be credited on whatever I worked on the model (e.g. art or rig, art and rig).

FOR RIGGING ONLY, the flow of the commission will be:

PSD check-up > Asking what the client wants for the rig and if it is possible, if there are adjustments needed in the art > Discussion of price and payment, 50% upfront > Scheduling/Rush Deadlines* > Video/Image output of progress > Settling pending payments (if any) > Model check-up via tracking application > Delivery

FOR ART ONLY, the flow of the commission will be:

Discussing character reference check/creation of model design, wanted expressions*, outfits* or any extras on the art* > Discussion of price and payment, 50% upfront > Scheduling/Rush Deadlines* > Starting the sketch > Video/Image output of progress > Settling pending payments (if any) > Model check-up with client and chosen rigger > Delivery

FOR ART AND RIGGING, the flow of the commission will be:

Discussing character reference check/creation of model design, wanted expressions*, outfits* or any extras on the art* > Asking what the client wants for the rig and if it is possible > Discussion of price and payment, 50% upfront > Scheduling/Rush Deadlines* > Starting the sketch > Video/Image output of progress > Model art revisions and check-up > Rigging > Model check-up via tracking application > Delivery

You are free to criticize and ask for revisions (art and/or rig) on the model DURING the process as they will be free. You will also be able to test out the model immediately after it is completed and payments have been settled. Revisions WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED unless I am the one who forgot details!
Revisions do not equate to changing certain things in a major way or adding new things to the model! PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A LIST OF WHAT YOU WANT!

Client-Seller confidentiality is a priority for me. I will refer to you with your IGN on your social media, not your PayPal name/email address. Please call me sheixiu, Xiuhua or Xiu in exchange! If you saw my real name on my PayPal, please do not call me by that name.
I do NOT accept cryptocurrency and I do NOT sell my art as NFTs. PLEASE let me know if someone is impersonating me.
I do not support "AI Art" in any way as it affects the communities I'm in. I will not work for you if you have used "AI Art" for your brand (e.g. VTuber, YouTuber, Company). Please be transparent about this.
This is commercial price already! No added fees for commercial use if you want to sell merch of your VTuber avatar that I help make!
Before contacting me, please be sure to want a VTuber because I'd like the client to think about a big purchase like this.
I can accept Payment Plans weekly or monthly but I will break down the process every now and then or I could opt to finish the model but I will not send the finished product until paid in full.
The deposit fee is at least 50% of the commission, but none if it will be paid ASAP. It is non-refundable in case you want to opt out!
No refunds unless there is viable reason to do so (e.g. me not being able to send the final product in time).
Having deadlines will also add up to the overall payment of the model.
I will not work on weekends and holidays unless agreed upon!

If the model is NOT yet fully paid, it can be finished but the client will only be able to get it once payments have been fully paid.
The details/design of the model will affect the price.
The art style is set, and will not undergo major art style revisions. It is why it's cheap in the first place!
Client MUST HAVE image references, finalized PNGs or both ready. I currently do not accept only written concepts of the models!
