Terms of Service

General Reminders

  • Client-Seller confidentiality is a priority for me. I will refer to you with your IGN on your social media, not your PayPal name/email address. Please call me sheixiu, Xiuhua or Xiu in exchange! If you saw my real name on my PayPal, please do not call me by that name. 

  • I do NOT accept cryptocurrency and I do NOT sell my art as NFTs. PLEASE let me know if someone is impersonating me.

  • I do not support "AI Art" in any way as it affects the communities I'm in. I will not work for you if you have used "AI Art" for your brand (e.g. VTuber, YouTuber, Company).

  • My turnaround time is 1 week to 7 months.

  • You can ask me to send your commissioned art through email!

  • I can refuse to accept commissions for any reason. Please don't take it personally!

  • I accept PayPal/GCash. In case of conversion, please match up to the USD rate.

  • Please do not send money yet until I have informed you to.

  • All commissions must all be paid in full upfront or what was agreed upon (e.g. 50/50 for client's safety, as soon as the sketch is sent).  

  • I do not allow refunds unless it is reasonable (e.g. I did not deliver the commission on time.)

  • If you fail to follow the rules provided, I have the right to decline/cancel your commission.

Art

  • I prefer visual references more than written ones but a mix of both helps a lot!

  • There is an additional fee for commissions WITH DEADLINES.​

  • There are also post-commission revision payments that is listed on art styles. PLEASE NOTE THAT IN SOME ART STYLES I WILL NOT ACCEPT REVISIONS DUE TO THE NATURE OF BRUSHES I HAVE USED! 

  • Clients can re-upload the image with PROPER credits (MUST at least be a my username handle or a link).

  • Please DO NOT POST my commission WIPs or unwatermarked art that I have not agreed to be posted. I had one person done this CONTINUOUSLY. 

  • Personal use artwork will NOT have signatures taken off.

  • Artwork cannot be used commercially [if not agreed upon], or claimed as your own.

  • There will be extra fees to purchase commercial use which is 3-5x the original price of the art.

  • Commercial use still DOES NOT MEAN you own or created the art piece, it is simply letting you sell merchandise of commissioned artwork physically or digitally. Please credit the artist accordingly.

  • Characters intended to be or appearing underage in any sexual or suggestive context.

  • Mecha/Robots

  • NSFW/Extreme and/or Unhygienic Fetishes/Extreme gore

  • Any sort of hateful content, such as racism, transphobia, homophobia, and characters with Nazi/Soviet/etc. imagery or paraphernalia.

  • Overly complex and detailed backgrounds
